Hi there - I’m Juliane Corman and I’m very happy you are here.

I have spent a decade as an Executive and Team Coach working with leaders on clarifying and reaching their personal and professional goals. I have always loved working with people and supporting them to reach their full potential and build their confidence. Whether in the work environment or in a family system, I am driven by how one person’s success and confidence can impact the health and well-being of each person within that system.

With personal experience and deep knowledge of ADHD, I have extensively trained with ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the premier ADHD Coach Training, to be able to support adults and families who may be struggling and are ready to feel confident in their relationships, careers, schools, and lives. I work with clients to help them to understand the unique brain wiring of ADHD, identify strengths and tendencies, and overcome challenging barriers moving towards confidence and success, as defined by the client.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in recognizing each client as an individual and tailoring my approach to meet their needs. I prioritize establishing a safe and trusting environment that supports confidential exploration. As a partner, I customize each session, weaving in different models and information, to address each client's unique challenges and desired outcomes.

I am mom to 2 amazing boys, who teach me something new each day. In my free time, I love to travel, go to the theater, beat my husband in Scrabble, and simply spend time with my husband, kids, and 10-year-old labradoodle.
