Juliane has spent a decade as an Executive and Team Coach working with leaders on clarifying and reaching their personal and professional goals. She has always loved working with people and supporting them to reach their full potential and build their confidence. Whether in the work environment or in a family system, she is driven by how one person’s success and confidence can impact the health and well-being of each person within that system.
With personal experience and deep knowledge of ADHD, Juliane has extensively trained with ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the premier ADHD coach training academy, and is constantly adding to her knowledge of ADHD and neurology. She support adults and families who may be struggling and are ready to feel confident in their relationships, careers, schools, and lives. She helps clients to understand the unique brain wiring, identify strengths and tendencies, and overcome challenging barriers to move towards confidence and success, as defined by the client.
Juliane is mom to 2 amazing boys. She loves to travel, go to the theater, and run around in the yard with her kids and dog.

Andrew Madams, MEd

Based in Australia, Andrew provides ADHD Coaching to assist individuals in managing their ADHD in both their personal and professional lives. He also works with organizations to increase awareness of ADHD (and neurodiversity in general) to help create a supportive and mentally healthy workplace, where all individuals can perform at their best.
Working with individuals, from early career right through to executives and CEOs, Andrew assists his clients in managing their strengths and potentially limiting ADHD challenges, to help them harness what their ADHD can mean for them.
Andrew’s coaching practice is ADHD led after many years of personal ADHD lived experience and is complemented by a diverse background of corporate business and leadership roles, working across the globe over the last 20 years.
